1. I have not received my order confirmation
Your order confirmation will be sent to your email address shortly after you place your order. We recommend that you check your spam box or check if you have written your e-mail address correctly.

2. Where can I find my order number?
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation on the email you have provided. There is a number with 7 digits in the header of this order confirmation. This is your order number.

2. How do I exchange?
If you would like to exchange your item(s) to a different colour, size, or style, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order. 

3. I have sent some items back - when do I get the answer / money back?
