Purpose of personal data processing

The personal information is registered with The Mini Team ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. The director of The Mini Team ApS and our Customer Service and Finance department have access to the information that is registered about you.  We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information submitted to www.theminiteam.com is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personal information.

As registered with The Mini Team ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the personal data act and inquiries related thereto are directed to The Mini Team ApS via e-mail hi@theminiteam.com.

Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. If you enter your e-mail address or your mobile phone number, you agree that we can contact you by e-mail or SMS with information about your order. Please note that you agree to our Privacy Policy ("Processing Your Data") when using this site, including our use of cookies. 

We process personal information to conduct our business, improve the customer experience, and direct marketing. However, we will not use your information for direct marketing without your express permission.
