Ordering and delivery
After you have placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. It is important that you provide the correct contact information, as we will notify you of any changes to your order and other matters to the email address or phone number you left. If you do not receive an order confirmation within two days, please contact us. Remember to check your spam folder. After your order, we will make sure separately that all the products you ordered are available. If a product is missing or unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the amount or cancel the order.
The delivery time varies depending on the receiving country. When you place an order, it will be shipped within 36 hours on a normal business day. On campaign days and during holidays, the processing time may be slightly longer, we will inform you on a case-by-case basis.
Deliveries to Finland:
"Standard delivery" = €3.90, delivery time about 5-7 business days.
Delivery with tracking either directly to the mailbox (if the package fits, note: you will not receive a message about this, so remember to check your mailbox) or to the nearest pick-up point (there will be a message here).

"MyPack Collection" Pickup point package = €5.90 delivery to the nearest pickup point, delivery time 4-6 business days.

Are customs and taxes in addition to the order the customer's responsibility?
Please note that local import charges may apply. These costs are at the customer's own expense. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive anything, please contact us at email@example.com
