We hope that you love your products as much as we do. We have spent a lot of time selecting different brands and styles for you. Take your time to try it on - you have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive the package.

  • You can return the products within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition with tags still attached.
  • The return is made at your own cost.
  • To avoid any complications mark the package RETURN and fill out a return note.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
  • If the returned item(s) is dirty or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.
  • Exceptions are underwear, swimwear, hair loops, pacifiers and other hygiene products, as they don't have the right to exchange or return even when unused. 
  • PLEASE note: customer is responsible of writing the correct address and e-mail. We carry no responsibility in case the address has written wrong.

Cancel policy
According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice ( before sending back your order. 
Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of your cancellation. 
The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract. 
If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of the it and you must send the goods back to us in its original condition within 30 days from the collection of the goods. 
We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.


If you want to make a complaint contact us as soon as the damages is noticed, but not later than 7 days after delivery. 
When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture. 
If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost.
